​Absolutely wonderful experience!!! There is NOTHING more convenient than in home vet care. My dogs were significantly more comfortable being assessed in their own safe space and they really connected with Dr. Lisa & Autumn. These ladies make an incredible team! Not only was it the easiest vet appointment, it was one of the most affordable ones as well! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot say enough great things about AusTex staff… from vet tech to vet nurse to Dr Hansen. As a medical provider myself, I’ve always felt education is the key to healthy patients… Dr Hansen embodies this so much! You can tell she lives and breathes the health of her patients. I have never felt so empowered by a vet. She was soooooo patient with our newly diagnosed anxious German Shepherd. I like to think I’m knowledgeable about our dogs and their breed standards… she knew both of our dog breeds in and out and what’s best for them. I’m excited to make her our dogs medical home and you will be too!!!

Dr. Hansen and her team are top notch and very thorough! I was amazed at the care she showed and the amount of knowledge she shared with my husband and I about our cats.

This was the best vet experience Ive ever had. What a fun and unique space for to bring your dog!! Dr. Hansen was absolutely wonderful and so thorough throughout our visit. I highly recommend this great place!

Dr Hansen is amazing. She is not the "declining help" type. She is not there saying "you don’t have an appointment". I called her on a Friday night after hours and she respond to me. She gave me helpful information and medical advise for my pet in urgent need. She checked on me both Saturday & Sunday. Monday came around, and she called again to check on me encouraging me to bring my baby in because she was still not doing well. Dr. Hansen is very easy to talk to and was willing to do anything to help my baby. My baby couldn’t walk and was in a crisis state. Dr. Hansen kept her until she was back to her self & event after her recovery Dr. Hansen continued to reach out for updates. I’m very happy she is in our area as a resource.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hansen! She went above and beyond to make sure my pup, Atlas, was healthy and well. What stood out the most was how thorough and knowledgeable she is—she took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood Atlas’ health and care.

Beyond her expertise, you can genuinely feel her passion for what she does. She truly cares, not just about the animals she treats but also about the people who love them. It’s rare to find a vet who combines such deep knowledge with warmth and compassion, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.

If you’re looking for a vet who treats your pet like their own, Dr. Hansen is the one. Highly recommend!
